Our turbine system adopts a revolutionary vertical-axis mechanism
which combines a simple circular blade motion with an innovative guide
track which has a unique shape strictly defined by a set of equations for
controlling the direction of each blade. The blades revolve along a circle
around the central axis while their directions are controlled by the guide
track in such a way that they maximally utilize the fluid power while
moving in the fluid direction and minimize, close to zero, the resistance
of fluid against their motion. This simple mechanism allows the system
to operate with a high energy conversion efficiency.
